ప్రత్యేక అవసరాల విద్య

                  సమగ్ర విద్య అంటే, ఒక పాఠశాలలోని విద్యార్థులందరూ, ఏ ప్రాంతంలోనైనా వారి బలాలు లేదా అవసరాలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా, పాఠశాల సమాజంలో భాగమవుతారు. వారు ఇతర విద్యార్థులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరియు సహాయక సిబ్బందికి చెందినవారు అనే భావనలో చేర్చబడ్డారు. వికలాంగ పిల్లలకు సాధారణ విద్య తరగతి గదుల్లో విద్యనందించడం పాఠశాలలకు విధి.


                  సర్వ శిక్షా అభియాన్ యొక్క లక్ష్యాలను నెరవేర్చడానికి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం కట్టుబడి ఉంది మరియు ఈ పిల్లలను చేర్చకుండా అందరికీ విద్యను సాధించడం అనేది వాస్తవికత కాదని బలమైన నమ్మకంతో ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న పిల్లల కోసం కార్యక్రమాలను అమలు చేయడంలో చేర్చే విధానాన్ని అనుసరించింది.

సిడబ్ల్యుఎస్ఎన్ కోసం కలుపుకొనిపోయిన విద్య పూర్వపు సర్వ విద్యా అభియాన్ (ఎస్ఎస్ఎ) ఆర్టిఇ మరియు ఆర్ఎంఎస్ఎ పథకాల యొక్క ప్రధాన జోక్యాలలో ఒకటి. 2018-19 సంవత్సరం నుండి, సమగ్రా శిక్ష సిడబ్ల్యుఎస్ఎన్తో సహా విద్యార్థులందరికీ విద్య యొక్క నాణ్యతను మెరుగుపరచడానికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తుంది. అందువలన, ఈ జోక్యం సమగ్రా శిక్ష క్రింద ఒక ముఖ్యమైన భాగం. సిడబ్ల్యుఎస్ఎన్ యొక్క గుర్తింపు మరియు అంచనా, సహాయాలు, ఉపకరణాలు, దిద్దుబాటు శస్త్రచికిత్సలు, బ్రెయిలీ పుస్తకాలు, పెద్ద ముద్రణ పుస్తకాలు మరియు యూనిఫాంలు, చికిత్సా సేవలు, బోధన-అభ్యాస సామగ్రి అభివృద్ధి (టిఎల్ఎమ్), సహాయక పరికరాలు వంటి వివిధ విద్యార్థి ఆధారిత కార్యకలాపాలకు ఈ భాగం మద్దతు ఇస్తుంది. & పరికరాలు, పర్యావరణ నిర్మాణం మరియు ధోరణి కార్యక్రమం సిడబ్ల్యుఎస్ఎన్ యొక్క స్వభావం మరియు అవసరాల గురించి సానుకూల దృక్పథం మరియు అవగాహన కల్పించడం, బోధనా సామగ్రి కొనుగోలు / అభివృద్ధి, ప్రత్యేక అధ్యాపకులు మరియు పాఠ్యాంశాల అనుసరణపై సాధారణ ఉపాధ్యాయుల సేవా శిక్షణ, ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న బాలికలకు స్టైఫండ్ మొదలైనవి. ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న పిల్లలకు (6-14సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులోపు) ఉచిత మరియు నిర్బంధ విద్య హక్కు (ఆర్‌టిఇ) చట్టం 2009 అమలును కూడా ఈ భాగం నొక్కి చెబుతుంది. అదనంగా, పాఠశాలలోని సిడబ్ల్యుఎస్ఎన్ యొక్క అవసరాలను తగిన విధంగా పరిష్కరించడానికి ప్రత్యేక వనరుల మద్దతు (ప్రత్యేక అధ్యాపకుల జీతం వైపు ఆర్థిక సహాయం) కూడా అందుబాటులో ఉంచబడింది.

సమగ్ర విద్యా కార్యకలాపాలు: 6-14 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సు గల పిల్లలందరూ పాఠశాలలో ఉన్నప్పుడు మరియు విద్యను పొందినప్పుడే విద్య యొక్క విశ్వీకరణ అర్ధమవుతుంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో వివిధ వైకల్యాలున్న పిల్లలను పాఠశాలల్లో చేర్పించడానికి మరియు నిలుపుకోవటానికి వేర్వేరు కార్యక్రమాలు ఉండాలి. ఈక్విటీ- ఎల్లప్పుడూ ఒక సమస్యగా మిగిలిపోతుంది. లింగ మరియు సామాజికంగా వెనుకబడిన సమూహాలకు సంబంధించి పిల్లల నమోదు, నిలుపుదల, పూర్తి రేట్లు మరియు సాధించిన స్థాయిలలో అంతరాన్ని తగ్గించడం కూడా మా లక్ష్యం. వికలాంగ పిల్లలకు ఇతర సాధారణ పిల్లలతో సమానంగా విద్యను అందించడం కూడా అవసరం. ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న ప్రతి బిడ్డకు, రకం, వర్గం మరియు వైకల్యం యొక్క డిగ్రీతో సంబంధం లేకుండా, అర్ధవంతమైన మరియు నాణ్యమైన విద్యను అందించేలా SSA నిర్ధారిస్తుంది. అందువల్ల, SSA సున్నా తిరస్కరణ విధానాన్ని అనుసరించింది. ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న ఏ పిల్లవాడు విద్య హక్కును కోల్పోకూడదు మరియు వాతావరణంలో బోధించకూడదు, ఇది అతని / ఆమె అభ్యాస అవసరాలకు సరిపోతుంది. వీటిలో ప్రత్యేక పాఠశాలలు, EGS, AIE లేదా గృహ ఆధారిత విద్య కూడా ఉన్నాయి.

SSA యొక్క ప్రధాన పీడనం CWSN ను అధికారిక ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల విద్యలో చేర్చడం లేదా ప్రధాన స్రవంతి చేయడం. DPEP మరియు వివిధ పరిశోధన ఫలితాల వంటి కార్యక్రమాల అనుభవాలు పిల్లల వ్యక్తిగత అవసరాలను బట్టి చేర్చుకోవడం ఉత్తమంగా నిర్ణయించబడుతుంది. ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న చాలా మంది పిల్లలను తగిన వనరులను అందించినట్లయితే వారిని సాధారణ పాఠశాలల్లో చేర్పించవచ్చు మరియు ఒక తరగతి గదిలో ప్రధాన స్రవంతిలోకి రాకముందే, కొంతమంది పూర్వ-సమైక్యత కార్యక్రమాలను అందించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. తీవ్రమైన లోతైన వైకల్యాలున్న కొంతమంది సిడబ్ల్యుఎస్ఎన్ ఇంకా ఉండవచ్చు, వారికి విద్యా కార్యక్రమం మరియు ఇంటెన్సివ్ ప్రత్యేక మద్దతు అవసరం.

భాగం యొక్క లక్ష్యాలు:

పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో వికలాంగ పిల్లలను గుర్తించడం మరియు ఆమె / అతని విద్యా అవసరాలను అంచనా వేయడం.

అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న పిల్లలకు సహాయాలు మరియు ఉపకరణాలు, సహాయక పరికరాలు అందించడం.

పాఠశాలల్లోని నిర్మాణ అడ్డంకులను తొలగించడం ద్వారా సిడబ్ల్యుఎస్‌ఎన్‌కు తరగతి గదులు, ప్రయోగశాలలు, గ్రంథాలయాలు, ఆట / వినోద ప్రదేశం మరియు పాఠశాలలో మరుగుదొడ్లు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి.

లైన్ విభాగాలతో కలిసి అతని / ఆమె అవసరానికి అనుగుణంగా ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న పిల్లలకు తగిన బోధనా అభ్యాస సామగ్రి, వైద్య సౌకర్యాలు, వృత్తి శిక్షణా మద్దతు, మార్గదర్శకత్వం మరియు కౌన్సెలింగ్ సేవలు మరియు చికిత్సా సేవలను అందించడం.

సాధారణ తరగతి గదిలో ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న పిల్లలకు బోధించడానికి మరియు పాల్గొనడానికి సాధారణ పాఠశాల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు సున్నితత్వం మరియు శిక్షణ ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న ప్రత్యేక అధ్యాపకుల కోసం, సామర్థ్యం పెంపొందించే కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టబడతాయి.

1.      Applications are invited for 01 post of CMO and 01 post of MIS& planning coordinator under foreign terms and conditions (FST&C) at District Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, Guntur.

2.      Headmasters of Govt/ZP working in Guntur District are eligible to apply.

3.      Applications should be submitted to the District Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, Guntur at O/o District Educational Officer, Guntur.

4.      Candidates should apply through the proper channel.

5.      Candidates should apply separately for each post.

6.      The age of the candidates shall be below 50 years as on 31.08.2023.

7.      The antecedents of the individual, previous experience, track record, etc., will also be taken into consideration for deputation on FST&C.

8.      The District Project office may consider or reject the application at any time.

9.      The orders of deputation will be cancelled at any time without assigning any reason or prior notice.

10.  Candidates who have worked in SSA on deputation for a period of 5 years continuously or in different spells are not eligible to apply for these posts.
