1.      Applications are invited for 01 post of Asst. Statistical officer, under foreign terms and conditions (FST&C) at District Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, Guntur.

2.      School Assistants of Govt/ZP working in Guntur District are eligible to apply.

3.      Applications should be submitted to the District Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, Guntur at O/o District Educational Officer, Guntur.

4.      Candidates should apply through the proper channel.

5.      Candidates should apply separately for each post.

6.      The age of the candidates shall be below 50 years as on 01.07.2022.

7.      The antecedents of the individual, previous experience, track record, etc., will also be taken into consideration for deputation on FST&C.

8.      The District Project office may consider or reject the application at any time.

9.      The orders of deputation will be cancelled at any time without assigning any reason or prior notice.

10.  Candidates who have worked in SSA on deputation for a period of 5 years continuously or in different spells are not eligible to apply for these posts.

 

Eligibility criteria for Asst. Sectoral Officers.

School Assistants working in Govt./ZP High Schools having 5 Years of Service are eligible for the following posts.

Ø  The Weightage for the Academic and Professional Qualification should be calculated based on the percentage of marks secured. For example, if a candidate secures 640/1000   marks in degree. The weightage of marks shall be 6.4.

Ø  Similarly, marks should be given for the number of years of service rendered in the cadre i.e., 2 marks for each completed year of service and maximum of 15.

Note: Attested xerox copies of education qualifications and other supporting documents should be enclosed to claim the marks in academics and also in other concerned fields for 85 Marks.


SELECTION PROCEDURE: - The candidates shall be selected on the basis of marks secured in    Academic and Professional Degrees as per the above table and based on the interview to be conducted by the District Level Committee comprising of:

Notification

Temporary Engagement of guest faculty on hourly basis in KGBVs in erstwhile Guntur District.

  • Instructions to the Candidates.

  1. All the Guest Faculty shall be female and Lecturers/ School Assistants who were retired on superannuation under Government/ZP managements, and all are eligible for appoint against existing vacant posts of CRTs/PGTs.
  2. In case of Superannuation Lecturers/ School Assistants are not available Guest Faculty shall be engaged with those who have experience with qualification on 50% of marks in qualifying exam in the subject concerned and B.Ed qualifications. With experience persons are not available then only fresh eligible candidates can be engaged. If more than one application is received for each subject, the committee will select the candidates on merit and demo criteria.
  3. The Guest Faculty now appointed against the existing vacant posts of CRTs and PGTs in all the KGBVs are purely temporary on hourly basis for the academic year 2022-23 only and they will continue till the vacancies are filled as per norms or till the end of the academic year 2022-23 whichever is earlier and it should be clearly mentioned in the letter of engagement.
  4. The remuneration for Guest Faculty appointed against existing vacant CRT post shall be paid on hourly basis @ Rs.200/-(Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) per period, not exceeding 60 periods and Rs.12000/- per month.
  5. The remuneration for Guest Faculty appointed against existing vacant PGT post shall be paid on hourly basis @ Rs.250/- (Rupees Two hundred and fifty only) per period and not exceeding 48 periods and Rs.12000/- per month.
